Katheryn Vukson
Music Director
Katheryn Vukson is passionate about empowering singers of all ages to learn and grow through the performing arts. She has a Bachelor of Music Education from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master of Music Education from Northwestern University. Katheryn has 19 years of experience in music education; past experiences include directing the Hinsdale South High School Choirs and the Southwest Suburban Children’s Choir.
In addition, she has been the vocal/music director for many theatrical productions. Two of the musicals Mrs. Vukson worked on were selected to perform at the Illinois High School Theatre Festival (A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum 2015, Carrie 2023). Currently, she is the music director for MainStage Theatre, teaches early childhood music classes, and spends much time singing with her 4-year-old daughter.
